Keylyn Trajano All Set for MGI All-Stars Journey
KEYLYN TRAJANO ALL SET FOR MGI ALL-STARS JOURNEY
Keylyn Trajano is more than ready to compete in the inaugural edition of the MGI All-Stars to be held from May 18-30, 2026.
The much-awaited global competition, the brainchild of Miss Grand International founder and president Nawat Itsaragrisil, is expected to be a 'battle royale' among renowned and iconic pageant titleholders from all over the world.
Over the past months, the multi-faceted beauty queen, entrepreneur, model, actress and equal rights advocate representing the province of Pampanga had been busily preparing to ensure the success of her battle plan.
As her initial step, she paid a courtesy call to the Pampanga Tourism Board as well as the province's key LGU officials.
Keylyn shares, "I'm super grateful to Governor Pineda, as well as the officials of Pampanga's Tourism Office for their overwhelming support. They've always been very supportive to all our endeavors to promote the province's culture and heritage, through all my pageant journeys."
She and her creative team had also been going around Luzon, visiting their chosen designers and working out all intricate details to make sure that all her wardrobe essentials will be stageworthy works of art.
Keylyn disclosed, "My wardrobe is definitely an All-Star ensemble, so we curated out-of-the-box design concepts. I want to wear the best of the best, from Day 1 until coronation night. The overall design template is, we'll be paying tribute to the most powerful women in the world."
She adds, "But I also have an outfit that will be a fun surprise! We're making it campy, so l'm sure it'll appeal to Pinoy pageant fans, simply because it's something they can identify with."
Among her designers are Louis Pangilinan, Rian Fernandez, Benj Leguiab IV, Luigi Cabilin and Daniel Manila.
Always exuding her aura of positivity, Keylyn eagerly faces the MGI All-Stars challenge with unbridled optimism.
She asserts, "It's not always about the crown, the prizes or the title. It's what you make of the journey. Of course, I'm a competitive person, but that doesn't mean I'll put pressure on myself."
"I'm confident about my package, and I'm not afraid to show vulnerability, the humanity side, which will be relatable to people."
Despite the presence of other pageant veterans (among them Filipina queens), Keylyn remains unfazed.
She humbly admits, "I know I'm not as big as them, that's a reality check for me. But that doesn't mean I can't reach their level. So, I'm slowly gonna grow with them. I'm gonna learn and befriend them. Coz I always heed what my mentors have instilled in me, 'If you want to be big in something, you have to learn how to work with people."
Unlike typical pageants, the MGI All-Stars leans more heavily on runway challenges, with no talent segment in the offing.
Keylyn confirms, "Yes, sadly, there's no talent segment for this one, but I wish they'll put it back at the last minute. If ever, given the chance, l'll be more than ready to do my sing-and-dance burlesque presentation."
The former Universal Woman Arabia 2025 winner also acknowledges the efforts of her pageant friends/mentors lan Mendajar and CJ Opiaza in honing her pasarela.
She also thanks her mom, Marissa Trajano, as well as her manager, ALV Pageant Circle president Arnold Vegafria and his team.
"The ALV team helped me a lot in curating my looks and introducing me to the right people. It was even Sir Arnold who gave a lot of creative inputs in tweaking my wardrobe, including little details like color analysis," she elaborates.
With MGI All-Stars relying heavily on its online voting component, Keylyn appeals to Pinoy pageant fans all across the globe for their support.
She says, "This journey is more than just a competition. It's a chance to show the world the beauty, strength and heart of the Filipino spirit."
"Now is the perfect time to come together as one team, one family, and one voice!"
