MUPH Occidental Mindoro 2026 Crowned

The Miss Universe Philippines – Occidental Mindoro has officially crowned its delegate! 

The Official Crowning and Sashing Ceremony took place at Pandan Asian Café, Quezon City, where Miss Neil Silva was formally crowned and sashed as the official delegate of Occidental Mindoro for Miss Universe Philippines 2026.

The event also featured the Contract Signing of Miss Universe Philippines- Occidental Mindoro, represented by CJ Costales on behalf of MUPH Occidental Mindoro Local Director Rogelio “RJ” Burbon.

Gracing this milestone celebration was Miss Mags Cue, Miss Universe Philippines Vice President for Global and National Search. 

This marks the beginning of Occidental Mindoro’s inspiring journey to the national stage.
