Miss Universe Philippines Bacolod City 2025: Megan Larisse Baldevia of Silay City.

First runner-up: Alexandria Margarette Colmenares of La Carlota City.

Second runner-up: Rani Lachmi Dado of E.B. Magalona.

Third runner-up: Nathalie Magat of Bais City.

Fourth runner-up: Kyla Grace Giganto of Granada, Bacolod City.
