MUPH Manila 2025 is Jasmine Paguio

JASMINE PAGUIO is Miss Universe Philippines Manila 2025!

With just a few months to go before the highly anticipated Miss Universe Philippines pageant, cities and provinces all over the country are fielding their region's best to select the rightful representative who will vie for the coveted crown.

Not to be outshined is the City of Manila. During a closed-door selection process, 26-year old Jasmine Rovelle Macapagal Paguio was unanimously chosen by a panel to wear the sash of the historic city and, hopefully, make history herself in the prestigious beauty tilt.

Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Jasmine graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's degree focused on pre-law. She hopes to further her studies and eventually become an immigration lawyer.

Although she was raised with a Western upbringing, she has always identified as Filipino, which is why she decided to settle in the Philippines. Her move has proven to be worthwhile, as it opened the doors for her to fulfill some of the childhood dreams.

Her captivating looks and charming personality earned her a ticket to make it in the cutthroat showbiz industry, and she soon found herself working and training under Star Magic as an actress.

The world of pageantry is something Jasmine also knows well. She has competed in three national and international pageants, which allowed her to share the cause closest to her heart: being an advocate for environmental sustainability.
With her experience in showcasing her beauty and brains on stage, Jasmine is confident that she can make Manila proud in the upcoming Miss Universe Philippines competition.

Jasmine is the first MUPH-Manila representative to be selected under the banner of Merlion, an emerging marketing and production group, and the newest partner of the MUPH Organization. Merlion Entertainment Inc.
