First Runner-up: Angel Louise Cortez Dolor (Dasol)
Second Runner-up: Monica Pearl Valle (Urdaneta City)















The Grand Coronation Night was held January 17, 2025 at  Don Jose C. Magno Sports & Civic Center in the Municipality of Pozorrubio.

The Miss Universe Philippines Pangasinan pageant is spearheaded by Local Director Leslie Gascon, with his husband Gerry Gascon serving as Event Director.
