The Miss Philippines 2023 is Alethea Ambrosio of Bulacan and the new Mister Pilipinas Worldwide is Brandon Espiritu from the Filipino Community of Guam!

The remaining finalists of The Miss Philippines were:

Isabelle De Los Santos (Mandaluyong)
Blessa Ericha Figueroa (Northern California)

The remaining finalists of Mister Pilipinas Worldwide were:
Justine Carl Ong (Tacloban)
Anthony Cunningham (United Kingdom)
Emerson Gomez (Tarlac)
Daumier Corilla (California)
Arthur Joseph Reyes (Bataan)

The winner of The Miss Philippines 2023, Mister Pilipinas Worldwide 2023 and their finalists will compete internationally which will be announced on February 2024.

The Grand Finale of The Miss Philippines and Mister Pilipinas Worldwide 2023 was held last October 24 at the Mall of Asia Arena.
